Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of BitPulse4H (the “Service”), an automated Bitcoin market information tool operated by Wang Qiyuan (“Operator”). The legal seller of paid subscriptions is Creem acting as Merchant of Record; invoices and applicable VAT/sales tax are issued by Creem.

1. Nature of the Service

The Service provides rule-based 4-hour Bitcoin market snapshots and structured briefs. It is an information tool only — not investment, trading, tax, or legal advice. No buy/sell orders or profit guarantees are provided.

2. Eligibility & geography

The Service is intended for overseas users in jurisdictions where accessing such information tools is lawful. We do not market or offer crypto trading-related commercial services targeting mainland China. You are responsible for compliance with local law.

3. Accounts & trials

New accounts may receive a time-limited trial of paid features. Abuse, scraping, or attempts to circumvent access controls may result in suspension.

4. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans (Basic / Pro) are billed via Creem Checkout. By purchasing, you also accept Creem’s terms. Manage or cancel in the customer portal. See our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

Do not reverse engineer, overload, resell raw feeds without permission, or use the Service for unlawful purposes. Automated access beyond normal product use requires written consent.

6. Disclaimers

Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile. You may lose capital. Indicators and briefs may contain errors or delays. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Operator’s aggregate liability arising from the Service is limited to the fees you paid for the Service in the three months preceding the claim (or USD $50 if greater zero). Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
